We have earned the prestigious Head Start Award!  Thanks to our members and board, we kicked off the year with a bang!  We have reached 75% or more of our last year's total membership in the FIRST month of this year!!  This is a HUGE accomplishment!!!  Thank you!!!

We have earned the prestigious Early Bird Award!  This award is given to local PTAs that reach 100% of their previous year's membership by September 30th!!  Wow!!! Thank YOU for helping us get there!!  What an accomplishment!

We achieved more than 100% of the previous year's total membership by October 31st!  Way to go!

We want our girls to look fabulous for the Daddy Daughter Dance.  So help us out by donating your lovely used dresses to the cafeteria starting January 12th through the 22nd. If your child is in need of a dress for the dance, they can begin "shopping" Cinderella's Closet starting Jan 16th.  We are excited to provide this free opportunity!

Join on Friday, January 30th from 6pm-8pm for our lovely Snow Ball!  We want the girls of Hill Elementary to have a fun time dancing the night away with their Dad / Grandfather / Uncle / Stepdad / Brother / Family Friend - whoever fills that special place for them.

This is a free event.  We will sell concessions through the night.

We also want to help out our community.  Bring any gently used or even new Winter Gear to donate.  Things like coats, hats, gloves, scarfs, blankets will be so helpful for those in need!

Our annual Talent Show will is coming in March BUT...Try-outs will be held Friday, January 30th after school in the STEM Lab.  Look for forms to go out soon.  Students must bring their signed form with them to their audition.  Contact Maria Johnson with questions @ 817-881-2169.

It's time for the Spring Semester of Hill University!!

Every Wednesday in February after school, students will have a chance to learn a new skill while having lots of fun!  Cost is $35 and deadline to sign up is January 29th.

We will be hosting a calendar fundraiser during the month of February!  This super easy fundraiser will help to raise funds to support the needs of our students, teachers, and school and provide funds for events throughout the year.  If you have multiple students you can do one per student or one for the family.

Our next Family Engagement Event will be held on February 12th at 8:30am in the Hill Cafeteria.  We are excited about our topic on Communicating with Your Child.  We know this will be a great learning opportunity and excellent way to grow as a parent!  We hope you can join us!

Are you ready for a 50's themed night of fun?  Come dance with us on Friday, February 27th from 6pm-8pm at the Hill Sock Hop!  This all school event is free and concessions will be sold.

We also want to help out our community through this event.  Bring new SOCKS to the SOCK HOP to donate to Mission Arlington!

Join us as we watch our students display amazing talent at our annual Talent Show - March 6th starting at 6pm.  We will have the people's choice vote for $1 again this year.  Concessions will also be sold.

It's an all out battle between the moms and the sons in our annual kickball tournament.  Bring your water and your energy as the moms show their sons what they are made of!!  March 13th after school behind the gym!

Various Fridays we will have treats for sale after school in the park next to Hill.  Cash only $1 treats of pickles, popcorn, drinks, and candies.
